Villa Tigonema is a 3 bedroom detached villa with a 3 bedroom annex which as been renovated for the 2017 summer season with a new fully equipped kitchen with everything built in and all new lounge and dining room furniture.

It as large private gardens and good sized pool area with childrens swings.

The villa consist of a lounge with air-conditioning and lcd television , seperate dining area, new fully fitted large kitchen , 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

All three bedrooms in the main villa are supplied with twin single beds. 

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for two adults or 2 small children

The Annex villa is supplied with a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 shower rooms,

There is also a BBQ area at the back of the property. 

The property is fully enclosed with high walls and as a full alarm system.

Prices shown are for up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms - an extra 4 children can be accommodated for 100 Gbp per person per week.

A security deposit is required on arrival of 100 euros per adult when groups of 25 years or older. 150 € when under 25 and 350 Gbp when families plus a card authorisation.

Air-Conditioning is available in all bedrooms and is included in the pricing for the 15/07 - 31/08 and as as option for 200 € a week at all other times and must be pre-booked if required,
